im slim and i want to get abit fatter now

Drink Whey Protein. Its a shake actually u mix it like lasco they said its  mostly for body building but i knw some1 who just drank it and get fat. So research if u like

Whey protein is for bodybuilding. You need to increase the number of calories u take in per day.

Dont bother try use pills. Side effects will mess u up.

if u buy 2 gran pill and take dem now u will put on weight but lose it as soon as u go bk to ur normal lifestyle.


this is what i recommend:

Add one pack of lasco food drink and the $30 pack of peanut to ur diet.

Start going to the gym, but dont do any aerobic excercise



Keep it up or u will lose back the weight
