For the progressive entrepreneur. This equipment is durable and reliable; has great reviews worldwide. I bought it 3 months ago for the purpose of taking my business to the next level and it delivered. Unfortunately, I have taken on other full time projects that has resulted in me having no time for the business. Selling this equipment for ~~$120K neg~~ $100K (bought it for 140K). it has no issues, heats up well, fries a a whole lot of food at once. I used it for chicken, fries and festivals; you can be as creative as u want. This is a real income earner, really don't to let it go but i need to be practical.

The Imperial 40lbs LP gas fryer is the ideal equipment to be added to your kitchen. It carries three high efficiency cast iron tube-fired burners which provide a large heat transfer area for a fast recovery. Heat is rated 105,000 BTU/hr. Heat is evenly distributed to the tube wall by its unique baffle and deflectors inside the tubes. The transfer tubes are made by three 14 gauge stainless steel fully immersed for maximum efficiency.

The fryer comes with two large nickel-plated wire mesh fry baskets with ergonomic, polyurethane coated handles along with fine mesh crumb screen. These accessories make for great frying of your favourite food. Its 1 ¼” full port ball valve is appropriate for quick draining. The frying area is 14” x 14” with a 40lbs (22L) oil capacity.
