As topic states I have a nice house for sale in the pristine community of Eltham Vista

2 bedroom, 2 bathroom, kitchen & dining, living room and veranda.

The yard is also properly fenced and the neighbours are really quiet people.

Got the house through NHT and the mortgage is transferrable.
