Short term rental  $7600 per night  (Jamaicans) or $90 US per night for foreign guests. Long term rental $40,000.00 per month.

Five minutes’ walk into the town of Ocho Rios, the cruise ship pier, Ocean 11 and Margarita Ville.The beach at the bottom of the hill provides access to diving , jet ski, parasailing, helicopter tours , fishing and other water sports.

A five minutes’ drive to Dunns River, fern gully,  Shaw park and white river rafting and most  of the major attractions.

  sounds like perfect spot to stay with my baby mother on our vacation, i am jamaican..... but i dont want to stay long or short period more like in between, how much would it cost to rent this property all inclusive for 17days?
