grille is in transit. Bumper being worked on now. Two years back license there but I will deal with that. Haven't started it in a while but that shouldn't pose a problem as it was driven to where it currently is. Papers say 89 but cab and chassis are actually 91. Took me a year to source them. Planning to lower it is it seems tallish to me. Was trying for a look near to the second pic

update:
took a break to deal with some other issues but ready again.
new grille installed and bumper finished.
also got the bumper lights ready to be put in.
***started van and all seems to be in order.
