I got them new in box, but upon checking them thy seemed to have some network issues, every now and then the network drops on them, and it says no service. To solve the problem all u have to do is reboot the device or go into network settings and register on network and ur good to go. But otherwise the phones are flawless. NO CLONE BUSINESS.
