This is a performance service consisting of reprogramming or “flashing” your vehicles stock ECU (Electronic Control Unit) unlocking the hidden potential of your motorcycle. Resulting in incredible power gains, optimum engine deceleration maps, increased rev limit, smoother on/off throttle response, “Dash Code” removal and so much more.

These modification have been performed on numerous Motorcyle Dover Racers, including the current Class B Champion Winner & Class A competitors.
Modifications are not just for racing, but tuning the bike to rider preference.

ECU Modifications – (Optional per customer request and application) Base Price of $10,000

Remove Factory Timing Retard (Anti-lag)
Remove Throttle Restrictions
Increased Idle
Increased Rev Limit
Remove Speed Limiters (Gear Dependent)
Reduce Excessive Engine Braking/Improved Deceleration
Improved Throttle Control & Reaction
Remove Injector Shut-Off on Deceleration
Eliminate Factory “Error codes” (ex. exhaust valve, steering damper)
Improved Fuel Maps (Similar to using a power commander)
Improved Ignition Maps
Injector Phasing Adjustment
Velocity Stack Switching Adjustment (Variable Stacks Only)
Race Fuel Mapping Accommodations

“Return to Stock” Option All ECU’s can be reprogrammed back to it’s stock settings at anytime. (fee’s will apply)

While most vehicles show a 6-10% increased in power, we have seen motorcycles result in as high as +20% power gains.

$10,000 to flash my ECU on my motorcycle? Why in the hell would I spend $10k for an ECU Flash when I can get it done for no more than $500? I could get a Kawasaki Kit ECU for around $2k that will do waaaaaaaaaaay more than a flash of a stock ECU. Guhl Motorsports is one of many who will flash your ECU for around $300. Why is your flash $9,700 higher than EVERYONE ELSE IN THE INDUSTRY?

OK. Then it's still the same. Then $10k Jamaican is equivalent to $88 US. Don't think I'd trust sending my ECU to someone for $88 when all others are charging $250-$350 US.

Saw this in a Google search. I created a username just to say how stupid it is.

your obviously a moron seriously cause if you took all the time you had to create a profile to comment about a service that you would not use because your not even in the country, To bash a service that only you seem to have a problem with the cost.....just show how much time you have to waste making comments. I would not like to see what your like on youtube....

The only reason I even bother to reply to your post is 1. the guy that does the re flashing in my mechanic and 2. the guy that made the original post about the service was a good friend of mine that lost his life in a motorcycle accident on Feb 09 2014. RIP Alex Hue..........................so my youth just drop it and go about your merry little cyber life.

Does Jamco 150 bikes have ecu or can its performance upgrade

An engine control unit (ECU) is a type of electronic control unit that controls a series of actuators on an internal combustion engine to ensure optimal engine performance. It does this by reading values from a multitude of sensors within the engine bay, interpreting the data using multidimensional performance maps (called lookup tables), and adjusting the engine actuators accordingly. Before ECUs, air-fuel mixture, ignition timing, and idle speed were mechanically set and dynamically controlled by mechanical and pneumatic means

With all thata said, i am not sure how the jamco's are I only see dem running around I have never inspected one.
