2003 VW Passat as is (Price drop!!!)

As the title states I am selling a 2003 VW Passat 1.8t as is.
Automatic transmission
This is a project car so it needs a lot of TLC to get up and running again.
The car starts but....

1. Needs a turbo
2. The starter sometimes doesn't work (usually a gentle knock does the trick)
3. There is a rubbing or brushing sound when the engine is turned on because there needs to be an adjustment to the belt wheel right in front of the transmission (forgot the actual name)
4. May need new tires because it has been parked for more than 2 years
5. Needs a lot of body work etc
6. Fuel pump needs to be replaced as the car was parkztoo long
