Looking to possibly relocate to JA

I'm a Jamaica national who is based in the US and is just exploring possible career options available in Jamaica. Where would one find a good paying job in Jamaica with skills such as data entry, customer service, fundraising, research & analytical skills? I'm also equipped with helping those who have any speech impediments such as stuttering, those who lost their speech as a result of a car accident or a stroke - are those kinds of skills useful in Jamaica? Any help would be appreciated.
