phone fully func, has scratches but software and touch works fine. there are no scratches on the screen as a protector was on it. link 474-7202 if you need it, comes with usb. steal for the price. its not mint base on the scratches by removal of the case, so that may answer your question if it mint, plus mint torch no sell for 21k
