Small Office space needed.
No more than 200sq ft of space is needed; 100sq ft will work just fine. Depending on the circumstance a "shared" space (partitioning a larger office) may even be considered.
For location.......Kingston and St andrew is preferable but because of expected pricing requests, offerings as far as one parish east and west (St Thomas and ST Catherine/ urban Clarendon) will also be entertained.
