You need to inform potential customers about the true condition of the vehicle.  There is an issue with it that has prompted the owner to dramatically reduce price to waay lower than what is being shown here.  If the owner wants it sold urgently, this withholding of info will only serve to delay the sale. Give interested persons a chance to make an informed decision based on present condition, you may never know who may be willing to purchase it in an "as is where is" condition.

Thanks for your input bro.... based on information given the engine was recently overhauled because it overheated while coming  back into Kingston from Mo bay.... that was sorted out however the water pump needs some work  and  injectors need  cleaning ...otherwise the van is in excellent driving condition.
The main reason pushing the sale is that the owner is migrating very very soon  thus the need to get rid of it urgently, all be it at a loss to him.
 

...and after that you expect we the potential customers to believe you now that all is well except the small overheating history and the minuscule water pump issue and dodgy injectors??

If you were upfront from the get-go with a price to match then we'd all be having the discussion about whether or not to purchase, instead you looking rather shady...
