Good condition. Never been flooded or anything like that. Only fault is what you see in the pic. Thats negligible as you wont even notice it unless you look really hard at it.

Bottom storage good for component set. Has hole in back to run wires through bottom compartment.

Bright Light Brown Colour easy on the eyes. Makes room feel light unlike ancient dark brown colored furniture.
