Need someone specialized in Toyota Fielder 2007 4WD

I have a 2007 Toyota Fielder 4WD that was flooded by rain and is now unable to start. The computer and starter was changed and after the efforts of many mechanic it is still unable to start.

I am hopeless and now seeking some professional advise or services to get this car up and running please.
