Startup Tech - company

Innovative Startup Tech company has contracts with major US companies. But we need people and capital to fulfill the orders.
We're looking for Employee Owners to help us fill the orders. Provide as low as $10,000 and get a job at the same time. We will share the profits with you based on your buy in.
You still have to be computer literate to work.

To ensure that everyone gets work very few people will get 40 hours per week. But the business grows more you'll be able to work more hours.

Hello, Sorry it took so long to get back to you.
This is a ICT company or Contact Center. As stated we are willing let people buy shares in our company and at the same time work for said company. You'll get stocks based on your buy-in. The goal is to be an employee-own company allowing for high productivity/ high efficiency operation. We've found that when people have a stake into an organization they will obviously be more productive and care about thee success of the business.

This is a contact center with Overseas customers/clients where we process orders for major US firms.

1. Can someone who already have a job invest? being that they wont be able to work for the company. If so, what would be the payout per week if that someone invest the minimum $10,000?

2. How many clients do you have?

3. How can I prove the legitimacy of this company?

4. Do you have a website I can review?

Thank you for your response.

First, you don't have to work for the company - you can in fact invest as you see fit. The minimum $10,000 can be translated into shares in the company 1,000 ordinary shares. Basically, $10,000 investment could double within a couple months - this type of payout if easier to setup. But from a legal perspective we can't trade stocks without a license. However, we can sell to family and friends which you can certainly welcome to be a friend of the company. For $10,000 minimum, which I would like to see a larger investment and make you an share holder at $11.000 per share. But if you can come in with say $40,000 since you're not doing any work. We can sell you at $10 per share and for even more money we can create other opportunities for you to make money. This would enable you to a payout of the profits each quarter or 90 days. Considering a profit of $1M monthly which is far less than $10,000USD monthly which is very small amount for a call center especially when dealing with USD.

For the $10k minimum it would simply easier to sell you some venture debt of our company. Meaning we basically assign a rate of return to your capital in exchange for your investment. For example we'll agree to double your investment over a period of time for example within 90 days. And for larger investment you would get a share of the profits in perpetuity and be an owner of the company; for example with a $150k investment could get you a minimum of $25,000 monthly for life.

Investment of $500,000 could get you a significant amount of the stock and you could get profits of $90k+ monthly for life.
Investment of $1,000,000 would make you a director and a monthly salary $$$$ in addition to monthly profits of about $150k.

We have more clients than we can handle but for now - we have Google, AT&T, Time Warner and others

This is a registered company with the Government of Jamaica, a Limited Liability Company.

Access to our business plan can be viewed by serious inquiries - We really don't have to market our services through a website since we already have the clients.

The bottom line is we have client contracts that we can't fill right now and they pay us in USD. Because we can't hire enough workers at this time. We're looking for partner investors.
Also, if someone has $1M+ to invest we can guarantee that money with real estate if they're serious - We need to position ourselves for the Christmas season.
