HELP ! ! ! ! Cell Phone Repairs needed

I have 2 phones that are giving trouble:

1.     Samsung Omnia SHG-i900L - put in a new battery but it won't turn on

2.     Samsung Galaxy S             - cannot make or receive calls

Can anyone help ?

you may need to check your network settings for galaxy s. to see if you disabled a setting.
samsung normal comes with settings that you can tamper with that may allow you to not make or recieve calls.

You may need to check if the battery is good or try another battery, if not trying putting the phone in boot mode/ boot loader mode
