Its fully functional because u only need to put them in it.

It uses a 2.00 GHz AMD Turion X2 TL-60 Dual-Core Mobile Processor
Uses SATA Hard Drive.

so why was the cpu removed....care to enlighten us on that..the average person sells a laptop without hard drive,,but when a man mention no cpu it does raise some eyebrows

No one said any ting abt a removed processor. Jus said no processor because i think its gone , it not turning on. its still in it.
