HP DV6000 series Laptop

The GOOD:
It has a 17.5" Display, 250HDD (has two HDD slots but I only have one in), 1GB DDR2 Memory, Webcam, Lightscribe DVD Burner, x2 turion dual core processor, usb ports, clean casing and the whole works etc

The BAD
 DOESN'T POWER ON.......  NO CHARGER

This Laptop was running great until one day it just decides to suddenly stop turning on..... I've been told all the motherboard need is a 'reflow' idk *shrugs shoulders*
