Don't buy the expensive stuff. This works great. It's best to take 15 minutes before a meal with a glass of water. I am not hungry. Yes, I am watching what I eat and am getting regular exercise along with taking this. It has increased my weight loss by 2.5# perweek above the 1# a week before. I started taking this 3 times a day and have dropped down to 2 times a day. My husband watched how well it has worked for me and now he is taking it also.

I have been using Spring Valley Raspberry Keytones for a couple months and have lost weight. I like that the only ingredient is Raspberry Keytones because some formulas have a lot of caffiene which makes me jumpy. The price is right also. You should always check with your doctor first if you have health issues because of the way it removes stored fats and if you have Thyroid issues. I talked with my pharmacist who had to look it up because it is so new. My only side effect is I eliminate more but that is the fats way of leaving the body.
