I NEED A USB HUB THAT HAS FIREWIRE PORTS ON IT OR ANYTHING THAT CAN CONVERT USB TO FIREWIRE 6 PIN..   Help

 IF NOT I'D WANT SOMETHING THAT CAN CONVERT PCI EXPRESS 1 TO PCI 16 ( NOT SURE IF I EXPLAINED THAT RIGHT BUT YH)  Help

USB 2.0 is slower than Firewire, so no one is going to build such a contraption.
USB provides some electrical power to devices, and Firewire does not (as the devices have to be self-powered).

The thing you are asking for does NOT exist.
