what the reballing process does, its that microsoft cannot use leaded solder to hold the gpu/cpu on xbox 360 motherboard, because its a kids product ffc law prohibts this ,what we do is replacd this unleaded solder with leaded balls plus add artic sliver and bolts modds making it a 1000 times reible that even the new xbox 360 slim which still uses unleaded solder.
