Hi not sure if you help me with this bought the Chinese Samsung S4 Clone phone from City Hub store in Sovereign Shopping Centre would never buy from them or recommend anyone o go there anyways the phone won't slide to unlock you can move it towards unlock but nothing happens can it be flashed / fixed any help would be great thank you

I'm really not sure, I've never worked with one of the knock off before, they look pretty the same though but I'm really not sure. Did you contact bureau of standard lot of business perso don't like to get a call from them here's the link

Ok thanks anyways I went online figured out how to do a factory reset since it was new had nothing on there to loose seems ok now that's all they had to do three technicians apparently looked at it and could not get a digitizer for it come on now they did not even try telling me the phone was dropped or squeezed nothing like that they just could not be bothered but they were quick to take my money will still report them tho maybe that will shake them up thanks again

You shouldn't have to suffer with this, you should be able to get your money back or a replacement. I think you should report them. I must say, a friend of mine bought one whole pack of blank CD from Royale in Pavillion and the CD was just the regular not the Re-writable type and when he tried to burn on one nothing got burn on it, he thought that he was the one that did something wrong so he burn again and noticed that the CD could be copied over & over again only again to see nothing on the CD, he gave me and another friend one to try one each on our PC and when we tried burning to the CD the CD was still showing blank and I tried again with the same CD and the CD took burning again but was still blank and likewise the same thing happened to the other friend. So he took the three that we tried to burn on plus the others in the pack and went back there to get the exchange or his refund and they wouldn't do none of both, so he reported them to bureau of standard and they gave Royale my friend number and those *$$ sniff called my friend and told him to come for his refund or exchange. Only because he knew his rights.
