Problems:    
    * Missing T key
    * Battery lasts for 1Hour
    * It boots but sometime the it freezes on boot...seems like the hdd is not connecting properly because wen i bend where the hdd is it boots fine...

    Can be used as scraps to fix another or can be fixed and used....

I have an ibm t43 laptop for sale, 80gb hdd, 1.8ghz pentium m processor, 1gb ram. It needs a new keyboard which can be picked up for 2k, the other issue is that there are some structural issues mainly from missing screws. These cause the hard drive to stop spinning at times and cause system freezes or problems booting. This can be fixed by a technician. The idea that it is a structural problem is my hypothesis(because moving the screws about help the problem somewhat, and laptops generally dont work properly if the chassis is unstable), it is not a guarantee that it is the exact cause because i am not a technician. Once fixed you will have a nice system to work with. Check out the post below with some pics, its the same laptop
