At this point the first thing I'll ask is if you had any prior backup. If you didn't have one then your data is lost unless you had some form of backup - either on your PC/laptop/MAC or in the iCloud storage.

First thing you want to do is update iTunes on your machine then connect the phone and see if it will be recognized by iTunes. If it doesn't recognize then your next step is to try and put the phone in recovery mode.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GlrW3tDKOtg

Once done reconnect to iTunes and it should tell you that it has to re-flash/restore the phone after downloading whichever firmware. Let it go through and you should be fine thereafter.

Bear in mind that if the phone was dropped or suffered any damage through moisture or such this may not work.

Also bear in mind that if your phone was jailbroken before you will lose your jailbreak. You should also ensure that you thoroughly check out how to preserve your baseband and such if you want to jailbreak your phone. Failing that you'll just have to wait a few months for one to come out for your current firmware and baseband/bootrom.

Try and place the phone in DFU mode. If you still have issues post back and I'll tell you something else to try.

Search for and download a program called REDSN0W. Use it to flash your phone with the firmware. If that doesn't work look for and use SN0WBREEZE. One of them may help you to force the firmware on the phone. Please fully charge the phone overnight first just to be sure.

You're getting a member here that may be able to help. If you try at home and it doesn't work out link up with him and see how it turns out.

Let us know if you get it sorted. As for using the apps - you could use TINYUMBRELLA and see if it finds the phone in a recovery loop. It can then kick it out and bring it up.

For REDSN0W or SN0WBREEZE you'd have to basically re-flash and see if it helps. Each has guided instructions on how to proceed and what to do. If you get stuck at a particular spot send a screenshot for us to see.

If you're getting professional help then no worries. Still post back and let us know how it went.

decided to open the phone physically, only to see that it was tampered with a bit  Angry, so i'm assuming that, that was causing my never ending problem, gonna have a pro fully disassemble and reassemble the phone to see how much tampering had been done  Cross

Black Box looks like he would have sorted it out already. Check with him via PM and ting and see how it goes. You're closer to each other than to me so work on it and post back the results.
