condition is close to mint
problem is the umd it come on when it feel like

Explain when you say it's modded Eek is it partially or fully modded like the phat or the slim 2000 version Ponder what I mean is this the chicken mod method or is there a way to fully mod the 3000 versions similar to that of the phat version with recovery mode and themes etc... Coffee

this mod is only to run iso and vsh menu cant add custom themes
this is a app you run to play it
it basically the simplest psp 3000 mod you can find
