I know there is a clip on antenna thingy at the back.......at the top part...when u take the battery cover off the phone, the piece you see at the top is clipped on. Try squeezing it back on the phone and try again . Dunno if it will work but maybe the fall un-clipped the antenna section, so it's not making contact with the board itself

take off the battery cover ....... the part of the back that the camera hole is, u take ur fingers and press it back on....apply some pressure to the section .....i think it is marked NOKIA on that piece of the phone ....Just apply some pressure... That whole section is actually the antenna
