help! can anyone identify this bb torch problem

ook so the screen was going, the screen would turn off when i slide it up and the touch screen wouldnt work when it was  down.
anyway i took out the battery and put it back in and now it constantly reboots.

nothing comes on the screen, the red light just continously lights up then off

what happened?
