Used in box simply means it comes in box, meaning its fairly new, and well taken care of
Simple as yu see it a used item esp a tv is easier to sell 'used in box' both my 3d tvs and countless other lcds I sold like that and were much easier to sell that just tv alone, its best to keep the box all manuals cords plastic and even styrophome when you know you'll sell a tv soon
