What You Will DoEngage with clients to understand their concerns and effectively diagnose problems related to the operation of their CIJ printer
Follow checklists and protocols while conducting repairs and preventative maintenance
Perform repairs aiming for maximum reliability and cost savings for our clients
Respond quickly, professionally, and accurately to technical problems that may arise from time to time.
Install new printers for current and future clients.
Train clients and factory operators in the use and maintenance of new printers
Who You AreEquipped with mechatronics knowledge, from academics or hands-on experience.
Technologically adept and eager to engage with industrial coding and printing.
Highly organized, reliable, and personable, with a positive outlook.
Detail-oriented, proactive, and an excellent communicator with strong problem-solving skills.
A team player who appreciates the values of trust, honesty, and collaboration in a family business.
Enthusiastic about a part-time role involving travel and servicing various clients across the island.

Skills, Qualifications, and RequirementsHigh school diploma or equivalent
Proven mechanical skills, basic math, electrical and computing skills.
Experience with CIJ printers and markers is a plus but not necessary. You will be provided with additional training for the operation, maintenance, and repair of our printers.
