OS not reloading
i got a compaq laptop that was moving slow, so i tried to do a clean installation but the pc keeps hanging on completing installation after the first restart..... i want to put back on a fresh copy of windows 7.... but i only have 1k
lets me know if anyone can fix it for the money i have

I resolved this issue months ago - this wasnt an OS problem - so i just wanted to hear what you would say is the problem
