Selling - broken GPU's for parts or repair

1) EVGA GTX 1070 8GB SC

Description: Lights come on, fans don't spin. No video output. No idea what's wrong with this. Not too interested in finding out but should be able to scrap it for parts or if you're good you can take a swing at it.

2) RX 580 8GB

Description: Outputs video and runs well occasionally. Other times, the fans will spin like crazy and you'll get no video output. Could be fixable.

Not selling them individually. Get both for $20k JMD total.
