i just check it at 2 different phone shop in mandeville. the technicians tried to force on the os but it still not taking it, whenever it reach the part connecting to jvm... and they insert the battery it just start restarting again. hence keeps on disconnecting and reconnecting it to the computer which makes the software difficult to reload.
it connects fine to the computer and is detected by desktop manager and app-loader start to update and all but as soon as you insert the battery it start to on and off again
bottom line they said the board will have to be changed its not a software problem

take out the micro sim if it has one and make sure it's updated to the latest, unless that's what's causing the problem in which case maybe you need to revert the update, idk. Had a 9700 with similar rebooting issues, the micro sd card was messed up which is what caused it.

thanks but its not the sd card none is in the phone now......... i also did some google search. a lot of people has the same issue but no solutions as yet
