I'm getting 30 ms with an ethernet connection on a USB 3.0 to ethernet adapter on an ASUS VivoStick (64Bit Windows).

I searched for "USB 3 to ethernet adapter" on Amazon. I guess any of them will do. The one I selected was called the 'atolla' brand.
It has additional features like a 3 port hub and includes a USB-C to USB-A adapter!  Tongue Tongue Tongue

Overall, an ethernet connection will "always" be more stable, consistent and reliable than any wireless options.
