advice from the nation thats a 2005 cl7 euro spec as you stated now if you do not plan to be the last owner get real with your pricing
1. banks no longer finance 05 cars that's 10 years old
2. 09 cl8-9 euro spec selling for 1.6-1.9 depending on new or old shape
3. cars don't sell for valuation and your selling for more that what it actually values which is impossible in jamaica which is about 1.2-1.3 with a forsale of about 950-1.1
4. naturally your mileage should be over 100k-km
5. there's nothing special about a 05 cl7 euro spec
6. its not August all valuations are down by atleast 100k
7. and no 2005 honda accords can realistically value more than 1.3 the highest and i'm been generous
advice advertise for about 1.2 negotiable
