Everytime I try to update the software I get an error I'm tired of trying maybe someone out there knows what to do how ever its an 80 gb zune comes with usb cord

I'm selling it for 5 gran negotiable

thats a dead zune boss. forums suggest likely hardware issue and its something MS looking in on. cant be fixed i hear at least not right now
