I have a htc tattoo here selling for $7,000...it has on android 2.3....an overclocked processor and tons of apps..also come equipped with 2GB of memory...the only problem is the outer casing...it needs to be changed and the touch screen not working its cheap tho on ebay for like $8 us here are the specs..
