I`m not aware of Mazda`s having a transmission problem...Are you sure your aren`t confusing it with Mitsubishi??!!

Nope.. Im sure every manufacturer has its issues. I own a 2003 Space Wagon now and I have no issues with the Transmission, my sister in law drives a 2004 lancer (she bought from us) and neither of them have transmission issues.

My concern was just based on the reviews I read online.

I am considering the mazda but I first have to see how the space is inside.

What is with the BOLT sticking out of the front bumper?

The bolt on the front is a tow hook used during shipping... it has been removed...

The Mazda 5 and Premacy are not the same car. The 2007 Mazda 5 has 2.3L engine with a 4 speed transmission. The 2007 Mazda Premacy has a 2.0L engine with a 5 speed transmission.

They are no reports of a transmission problem for any Mazda imported into Jamaica!!

I know that.... lol... of course we wont hear of any... lol we dont have a central database of consumer complaints... I just like to do my research first, thats all. I am not dissing the car... Its the same way people talk bad a mitsubishi yet I have never had a problem. All cars need to well maintained and in Jamaica we DONT read. Nobody reads the book or the specifications required for Fluids. Them just buy anyone ole fluid and thow in it. I have proven that over and over again. Then they complain how the car no good.

I actually want to come and see it hopefully at the end of this week if it is still available. I will call you first before I head out.
