Can someone diagnose my laptop problem?

Bought a Dell Inspiron M5030 yesterday. Seller said it had no problems at all.

It turned on and appeared to work fine. Seller was a bit jumpy so i was suspicious.

Took it home and trying to use it and notice that it completely freezes after around 5-10 minutes of use. Takes longer to happen in safe mode but still happens. This happens every time.

What could be the problem?

Does it need a hard drive?

this laptop has known hardware issues with the cpu and poor solder connections, the motherboard may need to be baked, link me at 3170292 for details if you wish
