 Help

I have a sprint bold 9650 that is unlocked but says activation required.
From my understanding this is an extra security feature that requires an additional code (not unlock code).

Correct me if im wrong but it is preventing me from activating my email and other stuff. Does anyone kno how to get rid of this?
