need some help with bold 9700

[Feedback Ratings:]

have a bold 9700 that won't access media cards ...keeps saying "media card can not be accessed due to fatal errors"..

tried changing the mem card, reloading os , and even doing a complete housing change...but still won't work  :'(

please if u know how to fix this could u plz let me know..   

any help will be greatly appreciated
