htc G1 with issues plus cash for used very cheap laptop

My pc went down and I desperately need a system before sunday. I am willing to trade a G1 plus up to 5k in cash for a cheap laptop, even an as is unit that can provide me with some amount of use.

the G1 has a very bad battery and has problems sending and recieving phone calls with a digicel sim in it, you wont experience this with claro or lime sim though.

you will get Usb cable and a 4gb micro sd with the G1, its fully modded and rooted with biffmod latest rom.
