The payoneer Prepaid debit card MASTERCARD (YES ITS A MASTERCARD AND LEGIT). Just click the link and apply, they will ask you to upload a photo of a valid ID , I used my Voters Id, After approval, you will get your card within 3 to four weeks. then simply link your card to your paypal account. Whats even better is that they give you a free legit US bank account (FIRST CENTURY BANK) and account number etc.
Before any one comments on my post, Here are the facts.
The card will attract a one time yearly fee of $29usd, this will be offset by the free $25usd you get to sign up.
The card charges you around $200 jamaican dollars each time you withdraw money from the atm. If you withdraw your cash in US dollars you wont be charged, this is Mastercard's conversion fees. its best to use the card only when withdrawing say $2000 upwards.
after a certain amount of cash has been loaded to your card, either from paypal or whoever send you money. YOU WILL NEED TO EXPLAIN PAYONEER where you getting your money from, this is to ensure you are not a criminal, terrorist etc etc..this is easy, just give them a detailed explaination and also screenshots of where you get your payments. this is easy to do.
Whenever you load cash to your payoneer card, it will take on average 2 to 4 business days to be loaded onto the card. for me its always 2 days. just telling you what their policy states
if you lose the card, you have to pay around $25usd I believe to replace it.
when applying for the card , you will receive it in 4 weeks.
Lastly the card can be used at any ATM worldwide that accepts mastercard of course.
