Have a locked 9300 with 0 MEP code attempts left. HELP

I have a blackberry 9300 that someone attempted to unlock using mep code and entered the code wrong on 10 attempts!!   Now the fone is paper weight. Can anybody here unlock it via cable solution or any other solution, and what would it cost? Its a bb 9300 with OS6 that was registered to 3-mobile in the UK.
