Duties and responsibilities1. Provide general administrative services including communications correspondence, database and records management
2. Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments and travel arrangements for President, managers, supervisors, sales team.
3. Coordinate events, meetings, team calendars and CEO diary to ensure efficient information flow within the office
4. Establish and maintain clear lines of communication with all members of staff and support their administrative needs with careful attention to detail
5. Oversee and ensure all office equipment is maintained to a high working standard and keeps office supplies up to date
6. Provide efficient and accurate agendas, reports and minutes where required
7. Establish and maintain successful working relationships at an administrative level with key stakeholders
8. Undertake special projects from time to time with a variety of stakeholders
9. Making calls to potential clients (Telesales)
10. To assume any other functions requested by President and senior Management and to assist with other tasks that may be assigned and deemed reasonable.
Minimum Requirements:
(a) Qualifications and Experience:
* Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent
* A minimum of one (1) year relevant professional experience
* Outgoing personality & ability to interact with persons from different ethnic backgrounds
