we have a physically location where our goods are located. before we had a store, it was extremely difficult to communicated with 1000 person at the same time and arrange to meet others. i adjust that problem by getting a place where everyone can come by and see the product and multiple phone and different mean of communication channel to be reach. sorry for your inconvience in the past but i truly apologize  for personal experience that you had with us in the past.
