What is Fresh?

Usage
The stick is to be used for vaginal cleansing on average of once a week. Wet stick with warm water and insert, rotate gently for 30 seconds.
It is important to maintain a good grip on the stick so that the entire length is not inserted into the vagina. This product also causes temporary tightening of the vagina and stick could become stuck – resulting in medical assistance to extract.
After use, rinse quickly and dry properly, store away for subsequent use in a cool, dry place.
For the purpose of tightening, the procedure outlined above is to be repeated twice. Be mindful of the time the stick is inserted, and never leave for more than two (2) minutes. Doing so may result in excessive tightness and dryness, resulting in painful/uncomfortable sex.
When rinsing off the stick, be mindful that the size will reduce with each use and wash cycle, so wash and dry quickly. On average, one can get approximately 60 uses from a single stick.

CAUSE FOR WORRY. THIS IS THE RESULT OF POWDER IN THE STICK ADHERING TO THE VAGINAL WALL AS MUCILAGE . IT IS EXCRETED AFTER /DURING SEX AND SHOULD SIMPLY BE WASHED AWAY WITH WARM WATER.
To date, there are no known side effects, as this product is herbal, but in the event of any adverse reactions, please discontinue use and discard of unused portion.
