Subaru Auto to Manual conversion

 Need to speak to anyone who knows how to convert an automatic car to manual and has knowledge on all the steps and parts that would be needed.
This is for a Subaru impreza 2007. Also if anyone has done it already and can recommend someone and shed some light on how long it would take to do.
