Internet Service Provider which works in rural JA

Anyone knows of an Internet service provider (other than Digi, Lime or Dekal) that works in the rural parts a JA. I heard of a proviver in the KGN area which installs a small dish on your home or business, but now I can't remember the name. Anyone know of them?
