Kenwood's Performance Series KFC-6984PS 6"x9" speakers deliver the full range of your music with their multi-driver designs. Each 4-way speaker features a polypropylene woofer cone with a Diamond Array pattern that increases strength, improves bass response, and reduces internal vibrations and other distortions. The strong urethane surround is extremely lightweight, increasing speaker efficiency.
Multi-driver design:
A 2-3/4" water-resistant paper cone covers the midrange frequencies, providing warmth in the vocal range. A balanced-dome tweeter and a smaller dome supertweeter broadcast the high frequencies effectively to complete the all-round coverage.
Sharp image:
Kenwood's Image Enhancer 4 directs the sound emanating from the midrange drivers and tweeters, blending their signals to give a clean, well-defined focus to your musical soundstage. You'll hear smoother vocals, wider "sweet spot" dispersion, and less distortion. Grilles are included.
