Comprehensive Injector CLEANING, TESTING and RECONDITIONING
Does your vehicle give bad gas milage ?
Is there hesitation when you floor your gas pedal?
Engine misfires that wont seem to stop
Bring your fuel injectors to us to have them comprehensively tested and repaired.
We use ultrasonic cleaning while pulsing the injectors in order to properly flush your injectors of muck and have them firing at maximum capacity.
Our equipment can comprehensively test your injectors for all possible problems they will have.
Observing injector spray patterns while simulating driving conditions at specific RPMs such idle, full open throttle, and acceleration.
We pressure test injectors in order to ensure that the injectors are not leaking at peak fuel pressure.
Spray volume testing to ensure all injectors are spraying equal and consistent amounts of gasoline into your engine.
We recondition your injectors by changing the seals and filters to ensure that pressure is kept within the fuel system and is always delivering fuel at its peak capacity.

Is it one set price for removal of the injectors from the engine and also is the price for reconditioning is it like repairing the injectors?

If the electrical aspect of the injector is working we recondition them by changing the micro-filters, pintle caps, o-rings, spacers etc. The price for the removal of the injectors is at a starting price $2500 depends on the type of engine and accessibility to the fuel rail and injectors.
